Quotation Marks Around the Name of a Drink

"Are you telling me there's a drink called find the pander?" she asked.

Does there need to be single quotation marks around "find the pander" there?

Thanks.

Really? So *** on the Beach, Screwdriver, Broken Down Golf Cart, etc., all need caps?

I'll bet you all the money in my pocket that it's "Find the Panda".

Yes, you need quotes. I like caps there. Words reported as words take quotes:

"Are you telling me there's a drink called 'Find the Panda'?" she asked.

That's quite a punctuation cluster.

It doesn't matter whether it exists or not. The cluster doesn't matter either. The reader blows right past it without noticing.

All right, so let's say someone said something like, "So that building right there is called 'City Hall'?" Those single quotes around "City Hall" need to be there?

Yes. You are reporting words as words. But "So that building right there is City Hall?" See the difference?
