Quotation marks and a sentence fragment help!

heres is what im working with....Suppose you see a flyer in your local library announcing that there is going to be a blood drive in your area soon and volunteers are needed. What would you do? Many initial reaction and reasons not to participate come to mind, but the most widely used are of the following statements; “Needles! Ugh! I hate needles!”, “What a great cause! I just wish I had the time to wait in line. I’m just too busy.”, “They will probably have so many volunteers they won’t need me there.”

I know its a fragment. How do I correct this mess?!
