Quotation marks

First, ask yourself; “who am I, on the outside and within?”
Next, tell yourself you are blessed;
I used quotations for the first question as it seemed more appropriate...But I feel like the second command to-tell yourself-you are blessed..............is harder to decide with....Do you think quotes are needed around "you are blessed" in this command
Also does the first phrase need the quotes that I have arranged?
Thanks so much for any advice. Peace.
