Quotation Mark and Comma Query

“What the f—?” Matt stammers. “His name is Peking? First name Pee, middle name King?”

So should there be commas after the second and third "name" and should there be single quotation marks around "Pee" and "King?" I'm thinking no for the former, because it could get confusing with the comma already there between the two parts.

Thanks.
