"as seriously injured as" or "injured as seriously as"

(1) She wasn't as seriously injured as we thought.
(2) She wasn't injured as seriously as we thought.
Do (1) and (2) have the same meaning? What about (3) and (4)?
(3) Thankfully, he was wearing a helmet, so he wasn't injured as seriously as he might have been.
(4)Thankfully, he was wearing a helmet, so he wasn't as seriously injured as he might have been.
