"As request"

Hello everybody,

Would you know if this sentence is correct :

"As request, here is your answer"

I wish to mean : "As you requested to us, we send you a document which is our answer to you"

Would you know if "As request" is a correct form ? I ask it on this forum because I did not find this form in the Cambrigde dictionary
