Here is my question. I'm translating a document from French to English. The subject is call centres.
Basically, a customer dials a number, speaks to a machine, defines what they want etc
In certain situations, they can speak to a human operator to get help.
Now, the operator has a set of tools (like knowledge bases etc) that help them provide the best possible answer to the customer.
I would like to know if I could refer to these tools as "response aid tools" or "response help tools". The problem is that I need a short sentence to describe this as part as a list of features.
If anyone can confirm that this translation makes sense, or suggest a better one, I'd be really grateful.
