"Or by the ex-swimmer or was that a pretty bird?!!" It was said it is a little joke, but what is its meaning, please?

I found these words while I was reading an answer given to a guest's question in another forum. The person in charge answered the guest's question, than in the end, he just finished by saying this: "Or by the ex-swimmer or was that a pretty bird?! Without any context. When the guest asked about the meaning, one of the participants of the forum said it was just a

No. The question has nothing to do about swimming. I just didn't ask it on that Forum, because as I am not the author of the question, but just a reader of it, I don't feel at will to ask it there? Do you understand me?
