"a leading question" ?

Hi all,

What is a leading question? I looked up the word 'leading' in a dictionary and it says it could mean Formulated so as to elicit a desired response. However, I still don't get the meaning of the phrase. Could you please explain to me?

Thank you.

Best wishes,

PBF
