I wonder why we should use 'would' instead of 'will' here. Secondly, will there be any difference1 if I say 'if someone were so kind to provide one' instead of 'if someone were so kind as to provide one'? Thirdly, you used 'were' here because it is unlikely to happen. Am I right?
