Quietly/happily

The paragraph written by a student has been revised by me. However, I'm confused by the last sentence. Here are three phrases underlined as follows. Which is correct?

Jenny’s neighbor, Mr. Lin, was having a wild party last night while she was preparing for her final exam last night. Jenny was annoyed that the music was so loud that she couldn’t concentrate on her studies. She couldn’t stand it anymore, so she called the police. Five minutes later, a police officer came and asked her neighbor to stop the noise. Mr. Lin apologized and turned down the music right away. At last, Jenny could study quietly / happily / have a quiet environment to study. .

All of them are not exactly perfect; with a slight modification, your last sentence might work.
