Please reply to me quickly.

Please tell me quickly.

Please tell me soon.

Please correct my sentences. If all are correct, then can I replace "quickly" and "soon" in all context?

There's nothing wrong with these sentences. However, "quickly" can not only be used to mean "immediately/in the near future" - as we use "soon" - it can also mean "fast" (e.g. 'He walked very quickly') or "briefly" (e.g. 'He waited only briefly').
So, no you can't always replace "quickly" with "soon".
