Hello....

Is it true that natives think a. is correct and b. is incorrect?
To a non-native, the two seem to be the same structure.
I already learned here that b. is not allowed....
But I'd like to be confirmed whether a. is allowed or not.

a. Sue threw the paper quickly away.

b. We’ll take your dresses quickly out.
