Quick straightforward sentences need help with please??

Could you help me correct these 5 sentences please?

  • I leave in one hour; the time it takes me to get to work in the morning.
  • I don't know what he is to tell you the truth. I don't kno if he's mean or nice.
  • Which residence is the oldest?/Which is the oldest residence?
  • You won't be getting a fresh change of towels and there will be no cleaning as well throughout (the duration of) your stay.
  • Sometimes in life you have to make concessions.

I leave in one hour; the time it takes me to get to work in the morning. -- The punctuation seems wrong, but I don't understand the connection between the two parts of the sentence. The second part doesn't seem to follow from or explain the first.
