* Context: Boy 1 stumbles and drops a flower vase but Boy 2 catches it on time. Boy 1 says "Wow! Nice reflexes."

Hello Native Speakers, could you please tell me why we don't say "Wow! Quick reaction." instead of "Wow! Nice reflexes."
