Quick question about compound adjective

If written in a title should both part of the compound adjective be capitalized?
Ex:"Intro about Genetically-Modified Produces"?

Or should the "modified" there be de-capitalized?

No.

Yes. Also, 'produce' is uncountable:

Introduction to Genetically-modified Produce

or do you mean this?—

Introduction to Genet

Aha! I had forgotten that '-ly' adverbs do not take a hyphen! (Thank you, teechr.) So you do therefore need to capitalize it. I am amending my previous advice to this:

Introduction to Genetically Modified Produce
Introduction to Genetically Modified Products

The capitalization style I follow is to capitalize both parts of a compound word. This is style, not grammar. So bring consistent is the key. Clearly Mr M and I follow different style guides but we can both be correct as long as we are consistent.
