Quick question

Which one will be a better choice of expression the meaning?(Hard to explain, but you must be able to infer

"_____ is the most main core software of all Microsoft software."
"_____ is the most core software of all MS software."

Oh and, the examples are just examples, don't try to argue about it, I won't comply.

"most main" and "most core" don't work well. You can say, for example:

"... is the most fundamental/important of all core Microsoft software."
