Quick question

Is the sentence, "You're welcome to visit" correct? I am getting mixed up because I would normally say, "you are welcome to visit" or "you're welcome" in response to "thank you". Thanks in advance!

I do agree that it's less common to say "You are welcome," in response to "Thank you."
