Quick question

If you are writing a heading on an "about company" page and lets say the company is called J&L Design, is it proper to say What is J&L Design or Who is J&L Design?

What is J&L Design

Followed by descriptive paragraph

or

Who is J&L Design

Followed by descriptive paragraph

Either is possible. I'd be inclined to say J&L Design - Who are we? or Who we are.
