Quick punctuation question

Would anybody on this forum support this? USPS commonly omits the comma between a US city and a USPS state abbreviation. This, in conjunction with the parentheses, will minimize the usage of extra commas and added semicolons.

I think the following could possibly work, and it reads very clearly.

Bob Bargley (44) of Dallas TX, Frank Hamilton (35) of Tallahassee FL, and Samantha Davis (29) of Trenton NJ were arrested on a charge of petit larceny.

Thank you.

The problem with this is that even most USians are not familiar with all postal code state abbreviations at a glance. e: I have no opinion on the commas issue, just saying this about the practice of abbreviating states with postal codes.
