Quick proofread of short paragraphs

The following are short paragraphs that I have to submit soon. I re-wrote them a couple of times and I just need reassurance that the language is used properly. Please share any remarks, I 'll be grateful to anyone who can help proofread this.

Getting involved in unique experiences will enhance my business skills. Building relationships through this program will help (Jump Up Sudan) gain international recognition and thus empower its regional impact. Exposure to other individuals creates an external peer pressure, that I process into motivation and determinism to achieve more. At this early phase of my career, my organization's attitude and decision-making process need critical observation. Therefore, I value the mentorship opportunity for the insight it offers. I believe learning from others' experience reduces learning curves.

(JUS) team members were selected from thousands of applicants and through 3 stages. The team is characterized by diversity and different backgrounds. Each one has an extraordinary curriculum vitae and a good command of Oral & Written communication. Also, they all possess leadership skills and believe that teamwork is the backbone of success. The Team is divided into five categories or offices, 1- jobs management office. 2-Training Office. 3-Opportunities office, Its mission is to find local and global opportunities for the company. 4-Projects and Research office. 5-Public Relations office.

21 out of 36 million people in Sudan are youths. Those young people are either uneducated workers or university students who don’t work. Unfortunately, the Sudanese universities' curricula are not based on acquiring skills and experiences. This led to an extensive gap between the graduates' qualifications and job market requirements. Thence, the majority of graduates suffer from financial problems, the civil development of the country is nearly non-existent and the corruption is widespread. Thus, (JUS) is solving the obvious lack of youths participating in jobs-market.

We are cultivating an unfamiliar culture for students and employers by convincing the latter to include students in their recruiting system. This makes the idea of the company %100 innovative for the Sudanese society. We are introducing youths to the mindset and concept of part-time jobs before graduation. We try to convince youths that work won't affect their academic level, but will rather develop their individualities and skills and prepare them for the post-graduation careers. By advancing the educational level and developing local resources this process can ensure Sudan's independence.

We have two types of customers. First, students from different fields who are looking for part-time jobs, and secondly, job market employers in different industries like education, food industries, tourism agencies, industrial companies, etc. Therefore, we possess a massive market size. We reach our customers in many ways. We may reach out to employers and offer services. We can also attract them from our network, social media platforms or by promotional brochures. For students, We already have a Facebook page with more than 40K followers and thousands of data have been obtained previously.
