This is ok, a little bit informal, so it depends on context.

To be more formal you can put I look forward to your reply/response etc, although this sounds a bit authoritative (for example I would use this at the end of a letter of complaint.)

Firstly, the phrase is 'please advise' not advice. (advise is a verb, advice is a noun).

It is quite a formal way to ask for information, and it need not necessarily be at the end of a sentence or topic. Some examples for you:

Please advise me of your policy regarding the transportation of dogs.

I am not sure what to do first, please advise.
