just a quick grammar question:
as we have spoken about 'how i'm planing to .....' OR ' i was planning to...'
which tense is the right one to use?

which tense is the right one to use?
If you are still planning to...., I see no reason to say "was".

a) We have spoken about how I'm planning to build a space elevator.
b) We have spoken about how I was planning to build a space elevator.

Both a and b are correct.
Use ( a) when you are at the present time still in the planning stage, and that is important for the reader to understand.
Use ( b) when you are not planning this project any more, or it's not
