Quick grammar check, please!

Hello! Could you, please, check the grammar in this sentence? This is for my law studies and I would appreciate if you coul taka lookk at the grammar and overall sentence structure (sometimes I get confused about sequence of the sentence parts).

On June 25, 2014 between 00.10 and 05.00, at a time precisely unknown during the pre-trial investigation, John D. while being in the yard of the building on 29 Swiss Street, Sidney intentionally and out of a desire to acquire property and assuming that nobody is witnessing his actions, secretly stole a bicycle “SW 55 1” with frame number ADDF55689HH parked at the bicycle stand and owned by Lucy C. which costs EUR 150 and security-chain locked to the bicycle frame which costs EUR 30, and after that A. Rasmanis left the place of the committing of the criminal offence with the stolen property. Due to the actions of John D. material damage has been caused to the Lucy C in the amount of EUR 180.

Thank you a lot!!
