I'm a Moviemagic kind of guy, willing to slum it with Final Draft because so many of my students are using it, but now one of my UCR students has sent me a script in Celtx. I downloaded the software so I could read the script, but this thing is making me nuts. Is there any way to display page numbers in the file? The only way I have to judge how far I am into the script is the little scroll bar box on the side, and that's hardly a precision measuring tool. And is it possible to close the stupid Project Library and Scenes boxes on the left? There are xes at the top of each, but they're grayed out and non- functioning...

Try reading it through the Print Preview. A pain, I know, but other than the macros, you get what you pay for with Celtx.

Now select the Save PDF button in the TypeSet to
