"To cut in line" = When a rude person pushes him-, herself into line in front of those who have already lined up.

"To jump the line" = when you do not have to wait in line with nobodies like me. You have permission to go to the front of the line.

Some countries let foreign tourists jump the line. If there are 100 people waiting in line to enter a museum, foreign tourists

I'd say "don't cut the line" or "don't skip the line" when somebody tries to avoid waiting their turn and moves ahead of you in line.
