Questions with any and either

Hi!

I'd like to know the correct way of asking the following questions:

1. Do any of you know the answer to question 4? or

Does any of you know the answer to question 4? (in this case, the question is similar to

"Does anyone know the answer to question 4?")

2. Do either of you know the answer to question 4? or

Does either of you know the answer to question 4?

Thanks!
