Are these lines natural, especially the underlined part?

We are working on our first ever school magazine. I believe it would be very inspiring for all of us if we could print in it a brief interview with you – an interview that just deals with the effort, sincerity and dedication behind your success – in other words, a few questions that you are comfortable with and glad to reply to.
