Questions starting with "Did"

Respected Sir
I have a doubt. my sales manager is on leave today, so he asked me a question over phone i.e. DID MY LANDLORD CAME TO OUR OFFICE TODAY?
Is it correct. As far as I am concerned Did + present tense is used so, Did my landlord come to our office today?

Please clear my doubt. (Any examples you can provide, that would be well and good for clear understanding)

Also check the following sentence and let me know it is correctly written

" If there is any change in our price, which would be informed to you in writing by email"

Kindly advise me

Regards,
Johnson

It is not present tense but the infinitive of the verb, but you are right: the sentence should read " Did my landlord come to our office today? ", just as it does with any such question about the past— Did you eat last night? Did they buy the tickets yesterday , etc.
