Questions on "agreement"

Example: Your kind thoughts and generosity MEANS or MEAN a lot to me.

I'm often confused by having two uncountable nouns in a sentence, joint by "and" in between. Should the verb right behind this combination of words be in third person singular as in "means" or plural as in "mean" in the above example?

Please kindly advise. Many thanks in advance! :-)

Hello Jodi,
You have a compound subject - two subjects - and therefore the verb should be plural.

(Thoughts are not uncountable, by the way, but it would be the same if it were "youf kindness and generosity.")
