Questions on ad content writing and another

Hi,
1.(cap ad)
Adjustable tuck-in backstrap with embroidered XXX logo on front and XXX logo on back. -- Why not 'on the back' or 'on the front'?

2. (toy car)
Full function radio-controlled XXX has oversized off-road tires to venture ... -- Why no comma after 'function'?

3. The XXX was homemade and stuffed with chunks of king crab, minced mushroom, and shrimp.
Could it be this too?
The XXX was homemade and stuffed with chunks of a king crab (king crabs), minced mushroom, and shrimps.
