Questions I've translated from french, not sure how to say them

Could you please help me with these, I don't know how to say it.

1 How long a shower /of a shower do you take?
2 Everytime we talk about about money there is a glint in his eyes./his eyes glint. (can you say this, or how would you say it)

3 Don't leave the paper with ink all over it on the table, it'll wash off/run on the table.
