My questions are shown below.

1)Is this dialogue a usual daily English conversation ?

2)"I haven't seen you out and about lately", Can "out" be replaced by outside ?

Can I say in this way with I haven't seen you out lately to replace that one ?
"And about"doesn't make any sense to me in the sentence.

3) What is meant by just can't seem to beat the blues and For what's worth ?

4)Out of sorts means has a bad feeling or feeling unwell.Correct ?

5)Plus you have added fringe benefit of enjoying my company.I can hardly understand what it means.
