questions about some words

Hello everyone,

There are a few words I don't understand the proper meaning of.
Would you take a look at them and comment some if you have any idea?

One additional question I have.
As for the question number 3, what about the possible meaning of the "high" in "high-baroque"?
Does that mean that the fountain has strong style of Baroque?
Or could it be any other better meaning?
