Questions about pictures

1. How else can you say "take the picture"? The shorter and more informal - the better.
2. "When and where this picture was made?" (About a photo). Is there a better way to ask that question (that would sound more natural)
3. "I’ll send them pictures (by phone) - I hope they will get them". Is "get" appropriate word? And should you say "them" or "it"?
4. Person A asks B when C took this picture. He’s wants to know on which day he did it. B responses "I don’t know when exactly he took it'. Is "took" a correct form? Does "exactly" express that he knows that C did it, but doesn’t know on which day? Does this whole sentence sound natural? Is there a better way to say it?
5. There was a huge picture, but Person A cut almost everything out - just left one little object in a middle. Can Person B say that "He cropped everything he could?" Does this sound natural to a native speaker? Should he add "out"?
