Questions about McDonald's

In McDonald's, when one says that "Can I biggie size it?",

Does that mean he wanna a large coke, and a large fries and will be extra charged?

If yes, will he get a bigger size burger or fried chicken or something?

Do people pronounce the "d's" in McDonald's?

Thank you so much.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Could I ask one more question, please?

Is "biggie size" here a verb phrase?

I've never heard "biggie size." I've certainly heard "super-size." In fact, there was a movie called "Supersize Me" and it was about the ill health effects of too much fast food.

I'd like the #7 combo, please, and supersize me. That means you'll get the largest size drink and the largest size fries. The sandwhich itself is no bigger. So yes, all that extra grease and sodium but no extra p

And yes, biggie-size or super-size would be verbs in your sentence.
