Questions about grammar

Please tell me which of the following are correct.

a) I'm 6 feet tall.
b) I'm 6 foot tall.
c) I'm 6-foot tall.

a) I'm 6 feet 2 inches tall.
b) I'm 6 foot 2 inches tall.
c) I'm 6 foot 2 inch tall.

Are the following correct?

a) I got a pen. (means I have a pen)
b) I got to go. (means I have to go)

Of the first group, a is correct. I believe that a is correct in the second group, too. I think that when you put 'tall' at the end of the sentence, you use the regular plural.

Of the first group, a is correct. I believe that a is correct in the second group, too. I think that when you put 'tall' at the end of the sentence, you use the regular plural. If you didn't say 'tall', you'd say "I'm six foot two." I don't see anything wrong with using the two sentences of the third group in conversation.

If "i'm six foot 2" is right, then is it correct to say "I'm six foot 2 inches" or "I'm six foot 2 inch".
In the last question. I'm confused with the usage of "got to" because in american english, they like to use the word "gotta". I guess it means "got to" but in british english, we have to add "have" in front of got to, i.e. I've got to...
So is it correct to leave out "have" in using
