questions about a bank contract

can someone tell me what the following paragraph means in real english?
its a really complicated paragraph with a lot of grammer errors:

The Customer(s) hereby agree in respect of each of the accounts with the Bank to examine each statement of account received by the Customer(s) from the Bank and to notify the Bank, within fourteen (14) days after personal delivery of such statement to the Customer(s) or, if posted, within the same period after the Bank has put such statement of account into the post, of any alleged errors or omissions therein and that, after such period, the statement of account and the entries therein (except for any alleged errors or omission so notified) shall be conclusively sensed between the Bank and the Customer(s) to be correct and no claim to the contrary by the Customer(s) shall be admissible.
