Questions.

We hope to have finished the building works by the end of March.


My question is that if we can use the perfect infinitive to show that someone will be complete in the future, can we also use the sentences below in the future witch is model verbs+perfect form?

a: I should have completed the by tomorrow.

b: He may have been for 24 yesterday next year.

c: He must have completely the task before I leave Italy.
