I have these following questions, many thanks for helping to understand spoken English.


At 0:11

1. the woman says "She is, as you leaving..."?


At 0:32 and it was... those ___1.___ great experiences I ___2.__ it.

She starts with past tense "it was", then I'm not sure if for gap #1
she says those are great expriences or those were great expriences?

for gap#2 (0:33), here I'm almost sure I've heard "I loved it"

At 0:53 she says "dove or delve into staffing"?

At 1:03 I will teach you my step-by-step ______ process

Here my doubt if she says sales process or sale's process

  • She says "it was of a great experience", referring to the example she mentions just before (but I can't make out the phrase with "example" in it because the "music" is too loud, and she is so self-absorbed it sounds like she's murmuring to her own tonsils).
  • In other words, it was an example of a great experience.

0:11 - I can't make out what the blonde croaks just before they cut away from her, maybe "she is ...". I think the next bit is a different voice saying "have you leaving ...", as though they cut off the first part of the sentence, something like "She will have you leaving ...".
