Questions

In exams we often get questions such as "Draw the diagram of a human heart" which is not actually a question as it is not in the interrogative form. Should we refer to them as "questions" or is there any other term ?

If you want the grammatical terminology, it's imperatives.

A question uses an interrogative form.
A command uses an imperative form.
