questions

Sometimes when I want to ask my friend who he had for the last semester but I'm not certain which to use.

"Who did you have for xxx last semester?" Should it be had instead of have? But had didn't sound right to me.
"Has he finished his homework?" Should it be have instead of has?
"Both of my orders got shipped out today" I think shipped is correct but is it?

Thanks
