Questionable form of sentence.

Good day. My inconvenience for very "child" question.
I want to make questionable form of sentence which have keyword "warranty"
For example: I want to ask seller about warranty on some product.
What verb should I use in the begining of the sentence?

Example: The mobile phone price = 200 $
I want to ask about warranty on this mobile phone

Does the mobile phone has warranty? <<< This form is correct?
Is the mobie phone has warranty? <<<<<

Sorry for a "silly" question.
Kind regards

It is never too late to learn

Does the mobile phone have a warranty?

When you use the auxiliary verb "do", e.g. in questions, the main verb, in this case "have", does not inflect but remains in its base form:

Do you have ... ?
Does it have ... ?
Did we have ... ?
