How do I ask a question with "to"?

Generally "how to" questions do not use the word "to" directly. They begin with "How do you" or "How can I..."

Examples:

Q: How do you make peanut butter?

A: To make peanut butter, you will need roasted peanuts, a little peanut oil, and honey. ....

Q: My computer runs very slowly. How can I fix it?

A: To make a slow computer run faster,.....
