Question with rational. Using prepositions

Good day all....

Is this question right grammatically and gives right meaning ?

Is it rational Tom is a doctor ?
Is it reasonable Tom be doctor?

*******************************

Prepositions

Using (or), (and), (not) ..... I have problem with all of them concerning arranging sentences and different kind of words

In this sentence below:

He is clever, likes tea, doctor, unsocial, helpful, doesnot have humoure sense, confined, best friend and likes silent beachs.

Here i want to arrange variouse kind of words (nouns, adjectives, phrases) to describe, for examople, David.

The same problem with the sentence in the first question of this thread

Is this question right grammatically , gives right meaning, and helpful, and undestandable?

Is the sentence right ?
How can I arrange series of different kind of words (nouns, phrases..) to describe a city, a country, or a person?

Top answer

Is it reasonable Tom be doctor? Is it rational for Tom to be a doctor? This OK grammatically, but I can't think of many contexts in which it would be uttered naturally.
