Question with "disagreement"?

Is there a difference between "disagreement" and "a lack of agreement"?

Can the meaning "discordant" meaning "a lack of agreement" be used in a sentence to mean "a lack of agreement between two views or ideas of the same person or the same group"?

Does "discordant" and "dissonance" mean exactly the same thing (when the considering the meaning "lack of agreement". This is because "discordant" is given as "lack of agreement" only while "dissonance" is given as "lack of agreement between ideas")?
