Question types

I have 2 sentences and I need to write 4 different types of questions to each of them:

1. It only takes a ten seconds to clean your tongue.

2. The technicial left dentures on the shelf.



As I have mentioned, I need to write 4 different questions for sentences:



1. Yes/No Question

2. Question Word Question

3. Choice question

4. Tag question

One problem with the second sentence is the word "technical." This word is an adjective, but you need to use a noun.
