Question to college admission officer

This is what i wrote to college admission officer.

Please correct all grammar mistakes!

I'm a one of (name of school)*** student who accepted for 2005 fall semester. I have never finished a course at GMU because unfortunately my mom diagnosed with cancer when just after 05 fell semester was started so I dropped all classes to take care of her. I was the only one who is available. my mom was on my number one priority list so I have no other choices back then.

About 2weeks ago my mom passed away, cancer is finally won. Anyway I realized I need to go back to school so I visited school web site and tried to make a schedule for 07 spring semester. But I was not able to do it.

I see on my student ID it expires on Aug 2011 and my student e-mail is still active so I thought it’s good until then.

My question is Do I need to re-apply? What Do I need to do re-apply?

As I told you before last a year and half I didn’t involve with any school. My High school GPA and SAT scores are still same do you need them again anyway? or just complete Application Checklist on school website?
