Question tags and its differences?

Hi,

I study the english language and I'd like to check whether my understanding is correct.

The following are simple questions. Could you tell me if I take the meaning correctly?

------

did you go there? (a plain question)

did you not go there? (I am expecting a bit more that he did not go there)
didn't you go there? (I thought that he went there, I was sure about it)
you went there, didn't you? (I am almost sure about that he did)
you didn't go there, did you? (I am almost sure about that he did not)

------

Thanks in advance
