in internet all explanations are difficult 2 understand I am sorry, but many people are not going to be willing to help you if you don't take more care writing your sentences. I am referring mostly to capitalization and punctuation. Also, writing "2" instead of 'to' doesn't present yourself as a serious student of English.

Hi! It shouldn't be difficult to understand... 'Doesn't' is present tense, 3rd person singular (so with he/she/it) and 'didn't' is simple past (with all persons - i/you/he/she/it/we/ you/they). The verb 'to do' is an auxiliary, it helps to make questions and negatives in the present and past simple. I study / I don't study/ he doesn't study/ Does he study?(present) ; I studied / I didn't study /
